According to a survey by topworkplaces.com, Electric Cloud is officially one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area!
The Top Workplaces evaluation is based purely on the results of an employee survey. Essentially, they rank companies based on the ratings that employees give them—we agree that employees are the best judges! The surveys cover a variety of topics including company culture, benefits and overall general appeal to work at Electric Cloud.

The DevOps community, and the technology associated with it, is as diverse as any I’ve seen. It seems like almost every day there is some new technology being introduced, and many of the customers we work with are at the bleeding edge of this curve. We encourage our teams to participate in this by attending meetups and participating in external and external “hackathons” to experiment with new technologies that help us stay ahead of our competition. We also bring external expertise in house by sponsoring meetups at our San Jose office, and hosting an online forum (c9d9) to discuss a wide range of topics related to Agile, DevOps and Continuous Delivery
