Google Container Engine is a powerful cluster manager and orchestration system for running your Docker containers. The Container Engine schedules your containers into the cluster and manages them automatically based on requirements you define (such as CPU and memory). It is built on the open source Kubernetes system, giving you the flexibility to take advantage of on-premises, hybrid, or public cloud infrastructure.
This plugin allows you to:
- Provision Google Container Clusters: The EC-GoogleContainerEngine plugin allows you to provision Google Container Clusters modeled in ElectricFlow.
- The plugin will create the container cluster if it does not exist based on the cluster configuration you provide.
- If the cluster already exists, the plugin allows you to create new node pools or scale the existing node pool as required.
- Deploy microservices: The plugin is seamlessly integrated within ElectricFlow allowing you to deploy microservices based applications modeled in ElectricFlow.
